Personal Coaching
Honor Your Calling!

Why Personal Coaching
PersonalCoachingCoaches can help elevate people. They care about the people they coach as individuals and members of something greater than their self, such as a team, organization or community. Coaches relate with those they coach with trust and respect.

They want their people to do well, and they will do anything they can to help their people reach the next level. Coach show idealism, enthusiasm, determination, dedication, concern, compassion, and love for what they do. Coaches make mistakes as well just like the people they coach. But they always try to do their best for their people.

The Value a Coach Brings
3SpheresThe value of good coaches is reflected in their people. Those who have had coaches in their lives such as former athletes can tell stories about how a good coach changed their life.

The stories are not about how a coach taught a specific play, technique, or skill but about the lessons learned in character, self direction, teamwork, and leadership. Some stories are about how a coach helped an individual change their self-image from someone who ‘couldn’t’ to someone who ‘could.’ The stories usually involve a coach who was not perfect, but truly cared.

The Benefits of Personal Coaching
LifeCoachingCoaching offers numerous benefits for individuals who need rapid, real-time advice that is customized to their needs and circumstances. Coaches can zero in on specific issues or skill development areas, allowing an individual’s maximize their time.

Coaching provides a forum where sensitive issues can be discussed privately without fear of embarrassment or reprisal. Coaching provides the opportunity for follow-up so that precise solutions can be implemented and evaluated over a series of sessions.

What is Personal Coaching
PersonalTrainingPersonal life coaching is a practice that helps people identify and achieve personal goals. The process is designed and defined in a relationship agreement between a client and a coach. It is based on the client's expressed interests, goals and objectives.

A professional coach may use a variety of tools and techniques inquiry, reflection, requests and discussion to help clients identify their goals such as personal, business, and/or relationship oriented, and then develops action plans intended to achieve those goals. The client then takes action, and the coach may assist, but never leads or does more than the client. Professional coaching is not counseling, or therapy.

How Personal Coaching is Conducted
PersonalCoachThe personal coaching sessions will be conducted in person, phone, and other means of regular communication during an individual’s program. Each of our programs includes regular follow up sessions and check in calls to support continued accountability and progression.

Regular group workshops are provided as well to give more people additional opportunities to accelerate their progress and gain greater insight and strength.  Individual sessions may last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour where our workshops are one to three hours.
